UK domestic shipping
We want to get your denim goodies out to you ASAP. All UK purchases will be sent out Royal Mail1st Class, £5.00. Special Delivery will be £10.
We will aim to be send your order the same day if ordered before 12pm. After 12pm it will be sent the following day. If this falls on the weekend it will be the next working day. If you need it sooner get in touch hello@pindenim.uk and we will see what we can do!
International shipping
We have recently expanded our delivery option to worldwide delivery with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for. As a small business we are unable to cover custom fees and cannot guarantee how much these could be on receiving your goods.

Returns
How much does it cost?
We hope that with our sourcing service we eliminate returns or exchanges.As a small brand we currently don’t offer free returns, but get in touch and we will give you details on where to return the item you would like to exchange, credit or refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
Exchanges or refunds are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date but need to email us at hello@pindenim.uk within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If you order has been altered or customised to you this is non returnable or refundable via your payment method or for credit.
How do I return or exchange?
As we are a small brand we do offer exchanges and returns. However, we will do everything we can do help you get the perfect pair, get in touch hello@pindenim.uk and will get back to you to help you find the jeans of your dreams!
Can I return sale items?
All sale, discounted items are final sale, non refundable or exchangeable- so please keep this in mind when purchasing.
