How do I find out my size?

Working out sizing from denim, especially vintage denim can be tricky. So we have taken detailed measurements to aid working out your size. Please check out our size guide or get in touch to book one of our services.

How do I look after my denim?

The great thing with vintage denim is it only gets better with age but still important to look after them correctly. We advise only washing when you really need to, when you do wash inside out on a cool wash using a gentle detergent or denim specific detergent. This helps keep the wash and quality.

Hang dry (step away from the tumble drier) this only damages the fibres and if contains elastane breaks it- this is why you can get ‘saggy’ jeans.

What do I do if they don’t fit me?

Please get in touch, we are happy to advise and find an alternative. However, if you would like to return, please do so within 14 days and email us at hello@pindenim.uk within 72 hours of receiving your order.

I can’t find a pair I like, can you source for me?

Yes! We want everyone to get their hands on a pair from pin denim. Get in touch hello@pindenim.uk and we can discuss or have a look at the sourcing page

Do you do gift cards?

Yes, starting at £15 up to £100 for digital and physical gift cards raging from £25- £100. These are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Discounts or promotions cannot be used in the purchase of any gift cards. For further details please see our Terms of Use.
